Repeat prescription requests should be left in the box near reception. You do not need to queue to hand over your prescription. This will not reduce the time it takes for us to process your prescription.
Prescription line is only open 10am – 4pm and no prescription requests will be dealt with via phone – PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PHARMACY TO REQUEST MEDICATION VIA PHONE
You can request your prescription by email on: patient.support.w93039@wales.nhs.uk
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to collect your prescription from the practice. (72 if the item is not on Repeat)If you choose to have a pharmacy come to the practice to collect on your behalf you must allow at least 4 working days.
Please only order what you require – the NHS campaign to stop the waste of millions of pounds on over ordering of medication is necessary now more than ever before.
If you are requesting your prescription early because you are going on holiday we need to know the dates and some proof of booking. Please send us the dates and proof of booking on the below form to patient.support.w93039@wales.nhs.uk
If you are going on holiday and require your medications early, please send confirmation of your holiday dates including booking details to patient.support.w93039@wales.nhs.uk Requests without this information will not be processed.
