How to Book an Appointment

βœ” By Phone – Call 01633 266140 from 8:00 AM for same-day or after 10am for routine appointments.
βœ” In Person – Visit reception during opening hours.
βœ” Online Booking – Limited routine appointments are available online. Ask reception for details.
βœ” On-the-Day Appointments – For urgent issues, released each morning.

Need to cancel? Please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.

We offer access to a Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner (PhP) for support with:
