At St Paul’s Clinic, we are committed to making our services accessible to everyone. We recognise that our patients have a wide range of communication and accessibility needs, and we will always do our best to support you.

Language and Translation Support

We support patients who do not speak English as a first language.

Our website includes a translation tool, allowing information to be translated into over 100 languages
We can arrange professional interpreters for appointments
We also have a Language Line video system available in the surgery, allowing real-time video interpretation during appointments
Telephone interpreting is also available when you contact the practice

If you need an interpreter, please let us know when booking your appointment.

Accessible Information Formats

We can provide information in alternative formats, including:

Large print
Easy read
Audio formats
Support for patients who use British Sign Language (BSL)

Hearing and Visual Support

A hearing loop is available at reception
Staff are happy to communicate in writing if needed
We can adapt how we communicate with you during your visit

Physical Accessibility

Our premises are fully accessible:

Step-free access throughout the building
All services are provided on the ground floor
Accessible toilet facilities
Space for wheelchairs and mobility aids

Patients experiencing anxiety or distress
