A Home Visit causes the GP to use valuable time when travelling to the patient’s home. If you feel a Home Visit is necessary, please ring the surgery as early as possible, in the morning so that the Doctor can discuss your request with you.

ALL PHARMACIES and 111 ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EMERGENCY SUPPLY OF MEDICATION IN AN EMERGENCY.
Our Prescription Query line is only open 10am – 4pm and no prescriptions will be dealt with via phone – PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PHARMACY TO REQUEST MEDICATION – this line is for queries only.

Blood Tests and Results
Patients must take responsibility for requesting their own test results and these will be available 7 days later for blood results and up to 2-3 weeks for radiology requests. Test results line is available after 11.
What to do when we are closed?
111 replaces the Out Of Hours Service and will look after our patients, between 6:30pm and 8:00am daily, every weekend, and every Bank Holiday. Only acute/immediate necessary treatment can be given by the Out of Hours Service doctors – they cannot treat or investigate problems, which should be dealt with by your GP. Advice can be obtained by calling NHS Direct on 111 (open 24 hours a day.
